1. Shopping With oioeos®

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, sizes, prices, ingredients, directions, and images accurately.

3. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

5. Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

For eligible U.S. orders, standard delivery generally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, making the total estimated processing and delivery time approximately 3–5 business days.

Eligible orders of US$39 or more qualify for free standard shipping, subject to the conditions explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, public holidays, customs processing, weather, and destination-specific conditions may affect timing.

6. Changes, Returns & Refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether your request can still be accommodated, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment preparation has begun.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Please contact us before returning a product so we can provide the appropriate instructions and designated return address. Return eligibility and product-condition requirements are explained in that policy.

Nothing in our return procedures limits any mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
